At Clothsiva, we’re committed to delivering your favorite styles quickly and safely.
This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, delivery times, and tracking information for all orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 7-10 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

    • 7-10 business days for major cities across India.

    • 10-12 business days for remote or rural areas.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders .

  • For COD Orders, a standard delivery charge  of Rs 99 may apply (displayed at checkout).

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may include a small COD handling fee.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner link.

  • You can track your package directly through the courier’s website using the provided tracking ID.

5. Shipping Partners

We ship orders through trusted courier partners such as:
Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and other reliable logistic services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes across India.

  • Please ensure accurate address and contact details for smooth delivery.

  • In case of repeated COD order cancellations or refusals, we may restrict future COD orders.

7. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address including house number, street name, and landmark (if any).

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Delays and Exceptions

While we always aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen weather or transport disruptions

  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

  • High-demand festive periods

If your delivery is delayed, our customer support team will update you promptly.

9. International Shipping

Currently, Clothsiva ships only within India.
We’re working to expand our shipping to international locations soon!
