- Returns can be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
- The item is in the non-returnable category (e.g., innerwear, accessories, or sale items).
2. Return Process

- Our support team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Once approved, ship the product back to the provided address.
- After inspection, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7–10 business days.

3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed via the original mode of payment used at checkout.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- If you received a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours for a replacement or full refund.
