What are the delivery charges for my order?
- Shipping is free for all prepaid orders (non-refundable).
- For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge ₹80 as handling charges (non-refundable).
How can I check if you deliver to my pincode
We deliver to most PIN codes across India.
To check if your area is serviceable, simply enter your address at checkout — if the payment options appear, your PIN code is covered.

When will you ship my order?
We process and ship your garment order as soon as it is ready. It typically takes 5-7 working days to ship out the order from our warehouse in Delhi, India. We will keep you updated in case of any delay.
How can i track my order?
- You can track your order once it has been shipped from our warehouse.
- The tracking details will be shared with you on your registered contact number.

What if I was not available at the time of order delivery? How can I get the order? How will I get the refund in case of prepaid order?
After 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order, the package is returned to our warehouse. The order is then treated as cancelled. If you are still interested, you can drop us an email at [email protected] and we will re-ship it.
In case you decide to cancel the order, we will email you regarding the same. The refund will be initiated in 3 working days period.
